Question

Tried to pay for support but the "Continue" button on the contact info screen is behind the task bar

I tried to pay the $60 for help. Have to add name and address. The blue "Continue" button is behind the task bar.  I try to move the screen up but it pops back into a position not allowing the "Continue" button to be pushed. The window size can not be changed. Windows 11. This is such poor programing. After all these years there are still so many annoying things about turbo tax. The other thing that is annoying is that when I answer a question, the answer often doesn't save and have to reinput that answer over and over again. Such a waste of time for TT users.

Are you on a Mac?  My friend had that problem with messages on Mac.   The line to type in was behind the bottom row of icons.  She somehow got it moved up.   Try making the window smaller so you can move it up.

Thank you. I edited my question adding the OS and the fact the window size can not be changed.

Reset your layout in Windows.  It sounds like the size of your fonts, layout are too large, when this happens it affects the display in TurboTax.  To fix this:

    1. Right-click on your desktop and go to display settings.

    2.  Scroll down to Scale and Layout and make sure it is set to the Recommended (possibly 100%) on your computer

    3.  Have your display resolution at the recommended as well.

For issues with TurboTax entry, which version of TurboTax are you using?
