This is my first year filing as head of household versus joint. Is my refund subject to ex-husband's debt?
Our divorce will be final in 3 weeks, and we are legally separated.
It is not subject to his debt for child support, education loans, etc. It may be subject to offset for income taxes due from a prior year that you filed a joint return.
