Question

This is crazy, but I couldn't pay to file because OK button was located below bottom of screen, and no scroll bar. I could not resize screen. How to proceed?

I solved this on my MAC by going to the System Preferences and changing the Monitor resolution. Afterwards I reset it to the original settings.

Level 6

It appears you are using Windows. You can usually move and resize a window without using the mouse. Make sure the window has focus and press ALT-Space. This will bring up the window menu and you can use the arrow keys to adjust the window. Press Enter when done.

Level 2

Not happening. This is one of a list of things that makes me not want to use this software.
