There is no state code in block 13 of W2 G recieved for winnings at Miccosukee Indian of Florida but Turbo Tax is requiring I enter a code, what do I do?

Yes, since the winnings where from the state of FL and FL has no state income taxes, just leave Boxes 13 - 18 "blank" (no information, not even "0") when entering your W2-G.
