There are no changes from last year with my wife. Still healthy and filing jointly

      I was just confused by what was said. My wife is still healthy and here. I have never seen that on the form before.

      Sounds like you got confused by the questions that are asked before you start to enter data into your tax return.  There is no place on your actual Form 1040 to enter anything about your spouse's good health.  You can, of course, choose to file a joint return as usual.
