the website says the instruction abbot where to file will be on the first page of PDF but there is no instruction. it is just tax forms

Which form are you trying to file? are you trying to mail your Tax Return?

I have the same issue. I have to send returns by mail and I printed out my fed and state return and it has no any mailing information or instructions to guide me where to send.

There was an issue with Filing Instructions Not Printing, but it has been resolved. If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, and clear your Cache and Cookies.

Here's how to open your return after you've already 'filed' it.

Try printing your Filing Instructions page again.
