I assume you are in the W-2 portion of the interview. After the W-2 data entry screens there is the screen where you checkmark any of the "uncommon situations." Check all that apply to you. If you had overtime, then yes, you would check the box for overtime. Then you will get the followup screens that ask about your qualifications for the overtime deduction and how to calculate it.
