If you filed a tax return for 2020, the IRS has or will have, once processed all of the information necessary to process your Stimulus payment.  I do not know why you feel the IRS does not recognize your information.  If you have more details about your situation, it would help us answer your question.  Your question is not very clear, however, rest assured that you will get your stimulus payments.

In the meantime, here is some information about the Third Stimulus or the American Rescue plan.

I got my first stimulus mailed to me at the end of the year and did not receive the second stimulus at all had to claim it when I filled my 2020 taxes . The IRS app stimulus tool does not recognize me . I filed my taxes with turbo tax for the last eight years and gave them my banking info every year yet the IRS doesn’t seem to have it

You may need to contact the IRS for more information. If you are paper filing and purchased to software locally, TurboTax would have limited information on your account.

To contact the IRS, call 1-800-829-1040 and they are open Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. For more contact resources, see IRS Let Us Help You.
