when I click on TurboTax 2025 an update box opens, and it says two minutes left, but it freezes and nothing happens.

what do i do??

Mine did the same on both my desktop and laptop W11 computers...but then eventually it retried and installed successfully.

IF it doesn't....and If on Windows computer, make sure you've fully installed the latest Windows OS updates, and reboot before trying again. Reboot even if there are no Windows updates waiting.

Last option...but only for Windows computers....you download and install the latest "Manual Update". That update procedure takes unusually long (opinion), but can get around other problems:
