Tax rejection even though all info entered is correct

My tax return has been rejected several times by e-file. I have entered all the correct info each time and it keeps getting rejected. I have my 2017 Turbo tax with last year's info on my screen so my amount from my 2017 return is correct. What can I do? my printer is not working or I would print and mail it . If I paid for e-file and I end up mailing, do I get a refund?

A common reject is for the wrong AGI.

When did you file 2017? If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI. And see,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

if you amended 2017, use the amount as originally filed.

You can print to a PDF file and save that to a thumb drive. Take it to someplace like FedEx or find a friend that has a printer that will take a thumb drive and print the return! Hard to guess why it is rejecting the return without more information.
