Question

Stuck in loop with E-file. Does not like my first name. Won't continue. For the Nebraska personal information page. Federal said all was ok but would not transmit.

Says i should not enter my name directly on the personal information form. Then loops back and says to enter it on the form. I then went back, deleted, and entered my personal info again and typed it all again but still in a loop.

    Your name will pull over from the Federal entries you made in My Information. I would delete the state and start over to clear any error.

    Turbotax says its from an issue with a form being updated.  4684.  Says IRS needs to fix it on their side
