Level 15

To claim him you will have to print and mail your return. The IRS will send you both letters to determine who can claim him.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS or State received the return. Mail federal and state in separate envelopes.

Level 15

Mail your return with the explanation that your return was rejected because you claimed your son and the reasons that you are the one with the right to claim him.

Level 2

You need to call the IRS .THAT'S A CRIME!! nobody can claim your son unless they have taken care of him the whole year of 2019.call the irs asap!!
