Social Security tax overpayment

Hello,

on my 2021 return it says that I overpaid my SS tax by one penny and won’t let me free-file without turbo-tax deluxe. I went back to box 4 on my w-2 and adjusted the rounding so it wouldn’t be an overpayment. But, it still says overpaid even when I changed the rounding. I did the math and everything. Help!

Delete the W-2 and re-enter manually. Enter the SS taxes withheld and remove the cents.

I tried to do that twice. It’s still kicking back that I overpaid. I’m at a loss idk.

What is the amount in box 3 and the amount in box 4?

I have 2. Added both ss tax lines and they are over by 1 penny. Went back rounded some that it wouldn’t be over. Still kicking it back as overpaid.
