It is likely the IRS will catch both of these errors and correct them for you. I would wait until the IRS has accepted your return.
If your return is accepted then you should file an amended return for the Social Security; however, regarding the unemployment exclusion you do not need to file an amended return for that issue.
The IRS has advised...there is no need to file an amended return (Form 1040-X) to figure the amount of unemployment compensation to exclude. The IRS will refigure your taxes using the excluded unemployment compensation amount and adjust your account accordingly. The IRS will send any refund amount directly to you.
