So, it says I need to review Line 1b(2). Can someone please explain what am I supposed to put there.

I’m having the same problem. It asks how long you’ve lived in the state and auto fills with 01/01/2020 - 12/13/2020 so like a smartass I decided to put my date of birth at the first date and today’s date in the latter box. When asked to fix this (because it’s over 366 days) I set the first date back to its default, which is the only one I’m being asked to review and edit. It keeps saying it needs review and it won’t let me change the end date.

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
