Solved

So I cashed out my 401k in 2019 and paid all my taxes on it. I e-filed and it is giving me vouchers to pay estimated taxes for 2020, I shouldn't have to do this right?

You can ignore the Form 1040 ES (Estimated Payments) if you feel it does not apply to you.

The IRS is not notified that you are (or are not) making estimated payments. The forms merely print a convenience to you. You can ignore them if you wish.

Thank you so much! I figured that but am a bit worrisome about things like that with the government. I really appreciate your assistance.
