Should I be getting an email that a form is ready after my taxes were filed and accepted? The form was from the IRS. This creates a bit of panic.

thank you. I was working with a support person and when the form did not allow me to make updates or take the updates - the support person suggested I go in and delete the form, which I did. I was able to file my return and then I received another email telling me the form was available. That is what made me concerned. I was told my Turbo Tax support to delete the form causing issues in filing, which was from the IRS. My tax owed also went down. This is my concern.

Turbo Tax support kept telling me to pay for the CPA if I want answers. So I am not sure why I was talking to someone that didn't understand the form and then her solution was to delete it. I followed Turbo Tax advise.
