Should I answer yes to "Is this address the same as your principal/physical address"

I lived in CA in 2022 and just moved to Texas recently (6/2023). The address I provided at the beginning is my current TX address.
"Is this address the same as your principal/physical address?" (My TX address)
What confused me is that the "county selection" below only shows CA county or "No Entry." Any helps would be appreciated.

You have not mentioned where in the program you are being asked to select a county. That question does not appear in My Info, where you would have entered your mailing address. In My Info, you should be using the mailing address where you want to receive mail or a check from the IRS. Are you somewhere else in the software---what information are you entering where it is asking you about your county?
