Return has a W-2 SSN that does not match the taxpayer's or spouse's SSN/ITIN on the return

I don't understand what this means. because I filed last year through this site and everything worked fine.

The name and SSN you put on your tax return must match your name and SSN as they are currently on file with the Social Security Administration.

If they don't, your return will likely be rejected.
