Rejected due to AGI or PIN

I have completed my taxes and sent E-file federal. I have written down PIN from last year and AGI. Multiple times I have tried and get the same rejection. How could I possibly reset my PIN or bypass it.

What helped resolve the issue was going to the IRS website (irs.gov), logging in and then look up last year's return to see the AGI that they have on file. After that my return was accepted.
