Hello, I am confused about this specific section under the "wages and income" section.

It says minnesota, 2020, and then it pulled up a number ($123). I am wondering where this number came from?

It says "Please verify the Refund Amount against the 1099G issued by the state." I am wondering where on this form should i verify this number?

I clicked edit, and it reads:

Minnesota total refund recieved in 2021 and it says the same $123.

below that it says "total of all your payments and withholding" and it says $666.

I have no idea where these numbers came from, and i want to verify them before moving on because i don't understand this section.

please help!

The $123 is the amount of the refund that you should have received from Minnesota last year.  It is carried over from your prior year return information.  The 1099-G is the form Minnesota was supposed to send you verifying that amount.  The $666 is the amount of money withheld from your checks last year and sent to the state of Minnesota on your behalf of which $123 should have been sent back to you.
