Re: Material Participation to Recognize Rental Property Losses
Did anyone figure this out? Sadly this post has become a debate over whether you are correct and it’s taking away from the issue with the system. Last year, I learned I had to use the Desktop version and manually check the box for Material Participation on Schedule E Form for each Airbnb property. This year the manual edit doesn’t seem to be adjusting and was unchecked when I went back in to see why no adjustment after changing.
