Purchased Deluxe version of TurboTax, need to enter License code, where do I do that ? I am signed into my account

Where is the activation screen? I'm already done with my Federal return and it's trying to charge me for my first state (using Deluxe version) so I'm thinking it's because it never asked me for my license code.
