Prior Year State Tax Software - No longer on my Mac

I'm trying to open a 2022 return and I'm being told that the state software I purchased last year is not loaded (on my new computer) and I am being prompted to purchase it again. How can I get access to my previously purchased state tax software?

After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to File-New Tax Return). Then go to FILE -Open and find your return.

Thank you. I just went to my TurboTax account and neither of the state software packages for 2022 (MA and NY) are listed in my account. However, I used them last year to file those returns (I have pdf copies of the electronically filed TurboTax returns, including Fed, NJ, MA & NY). I guess because they are not listed in my "downloads" that must be why the application is asking me to purchase them again. How can that be and what can I do to get the software I previously purchesed? Thanks.
