Question

Paid for extra state but TT won't unlock to download. How do I get a refund?

You will need to contact TurboTax to request a refund or get help with unlocking the download.

You can contact us by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your return
  2. Click on the help icon in the upper right corner
  3. Click on Contact us (See the screenshot below)
  4. Give an explanation of why you need a refund/help unlocking the download
  5. Select "Get a callback"
  6. Enter your telephone number, name and e-mail (See the second screenshot below)
  7. Click on the Call me button
