Says Turbotax is working on it? Not sure what that means. Also says I should go online and update it. Im on the website, theres not way to update.

Please review this thread in which users are reporting experiencing the same issue; you will see in the first response that the user was advised that the form is not available to e-file with the state until after 2/28.
