Question

On the page that says, "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to your loan with CitiMortgage, Inc.?" I pick none of these, but it takes me to the wrong page.

When I choose "none of these apply" it takes me to the page that says tell us about the other co-owner of this loan. No one co-owns the loan!
