On mac, efiling NY returns an error. Your Transmission Didn't Go Through

I have two custom pdfs attached to NY return. Could it be related?

By the way, I had used Windows version for several years and it worked fine with attachment.

    For anyone suffering from the similar, here is how I resolved:

     

    The root cause was the size of pdf. I was trying to attach one 21MB pdf. Splitting it into two 11MB pdfs didn't work either.

     

    I went online, used adobe pdf compressor, and reduced the size to 2.8MB. Transmission succeeded.

     

    The error message from turbotax - 'cancelled' or 'unexpected transmission problems' - is surely cryptic.  I've wasted a few hours due to sub-par quality of the product.
