It's possible that it will be rejected; if so, you'll be notified shortly.

If not, the error will almost surely be caught by the IRS in its initial processing of your return, and you'll be notified of that.

Thank you . I e filed in 27th was accepted on the 27th. Irs website says received. Was wondering will irs reject it and allow me to fix it.

Once the IRS has accepted your e-filed return, you can fix what you've just submitted.

You'll have to wait for the IRS to process your return, after which point you'll have the opportunity to amend it.
