Turbo Tax shows I'm elligible for a Stimulus Check. I put on my taxes I was able to be claimed as dependent, but my parents did NOT claim me. IRS website shows payment status unavailable. Will I get one? Since my parents didn't claim me, how easy is it to change the answer to that question on my taxes and be eligible? I haven't been able to get help anywhere on this!

I did not receive stimulus payment and when I check the Get My Payment link it says Payment Status Not Available, cannot determine eligibility.  My husband and I filed 2018 taxes but haven't been able to file 2019 taxes because my husband never received his CP01A notice with his pin number.  I tried using the retrieve my pin link but he does not have a mortgage,  car payment,  credit card that is required to retrieve pin.  We we tried calling. They aren't accepting phone calls.  I don't know what else to do!

Will Turbo Tax be helping filers recalculate the filing amendment  (impacts 2018/2019 filing) details due to the changes of pass through business tax deductions?

When will the irs send me my stimulus check

I already recieved my refund but just learned that my stimulus payment will be delayed because I used TurboTax to do my taxes. When can I expect my payment? What is TurboTax doing to help this issue?

Apparently they are not doing anything! They won’t even give us any information!

My taxes were accepted 2/4/2020 but I have yet to receive my refund. I called the IRS number listed back in mid March and they said I should have my refund by March 31 and if not to call back. I called back on March 31 and there is now no one to answer calls due to COVID-19. My status has "still processing" ever since then on the IRS refund tool website. Is there anyway for me to access someone associated with this to see what I need to do to get my refund.

Washington Post has a good article in the 4/16/2020 online edition regarding IRS stimulus payments, special situations, and problems. Link won't display correctly, a common problem with this TT forum, but you can find the article by searching for the title "Glitches prevent $1,200 stimulus checks from reaching millions of Americans".

I read on a news article that if we had turbo tax deduct their fees from our refund(which I did) then the IRS doesn't have our direct deposit info because they have the turbo tax account which turbo tax then moves our return to our accounts, is this true? If so what do I need to do to ensure I can get the stimulus check in a timely matter?

    LOOK AT THIS....

The Washington Post reports that millions of people who filed their taxes using H&R Block, TurboTax, Jackson Hewitt, and other services have been unable to get their payments, since the IRS did not have direct deposit information on file

I received an email yesterday that I would be receiving my stimulus check via direct deposit to my turbo tax debit card. I never received it, can't get ahold of anybody, and now your companies spokesperson is telling cnbc that there are no issues currently, so where's my money?

The stimulus rollout is not a one day process, its going to take time to hit your account.  Just depends on when they send it to you.  Most direct deposits should be completed in the next 2 weeks according to the IRS.

I understand the process but why did I receive this email stating I would be getting it yesterday? Isn't that information coming directly from your organization?
