what percent of premium do I have to claim if I'm on my dad's Obamacare plan? We are household of 4 where my dad and mom are filing tax together, and me and my brother are filing separately.

Your shared percentage needs to be agreed upon by all four of you. It can be anything from 0-100%, as long as the sum of your percentages totals 100.

Understand that if you paid too much for the policy, you will get a refund based upon your percentage, and if you paid too little, you will owe based upon your percentage.

You might want to try different percentages to see what works best for you.
