New York State return was rejected. review box 14 on w2. How do i fix ths?

You can fix this by following these steps:
- Login in to your Turbo Tax account
- Click on "Take me to my return"
- Click on the Federal tab on the left
- Under "Your Income" click edit next to the W-2
- Scroll down to Box 14 and enter in the items from your W-2
- Enter the Amount
- Click on the down arrow under "Category"
- Choose one of the choices listed there. Pay attention to the items in the drop down list that have NY in front of them. Check your W-2 and choose the category that is shown on Box 14.
- Press continue
