Need help determining percentage of health tax credit for my daughter's taxes.

You can simply allocate any amount between 0 to 100% as long as the total of all the shared policies equal 100%. This means you can claim 100% and they can claim 0% or any number in between. You can also divide it by the total number of people on the policy, so if you had 4 people on the policy then you and  your spouse would take 50% and each child would take 25%.
