My w-2 has a verification code but your system is not taking it and it wont accept my w-2 info either

If the verification code is showing as invalid, simply skip Import and enter your W-2 manually. If you have some of it already entered you can just edit it or delete the W2 and enter it again.

How do I enter my W-2?

Select Take me to my return in TurboTax.
Type “W-2” in the Search box.
Select the “Jump to W-2” link.
At the Let’s get/start with your W-2 info screen, select Work on my W-2 now and then Continue. (Or, Add Another W-2 if you see the Here’s your W-2 info screen.)
The next screen asks for the Employer ID Number, don’t enter it, just select Continue.
On the Let’s type in the rest of your W-2 info screen, you can manually enter your info.
