My upper spine is surgically fused, and I cannot move the muscles in my neck and upper back. I get massage therapy to stimulate muscles I cannot move. Deductible expense?

Yes, I began regular massage therapy years ago with a letter from my doctor indicating that it was a medical necessity for me.  So on the basis of that, this should be a legitimate, deductible medical expense?
