My turbo card

My names is Scott so last year I requested my refund to be direct deposited onto the turbo green dot card, well low and behold my taxes got intercepted and I never activated the card I just cut it up and threw it away now I get an email 2 days ago saying my stimulus money will be deposited onto that said card, how do I know this because I have a turbo card from the year prior and the email stated a different “last 4” account number other than the card I already have! Tell me how the hell does this happen, now I am stuck with no money and the absolute worst customer service ever because both number from you and greendot will not answer and the furtherest I can get they both keep pushing back and forth with no outcome! I mean this is utterly ridiculous! Somebody from this pathetic site needs to help me! I am about to lose my house as well as my electricity being turned off!

    I talked to a Human this morning....told her my situation ..she acted like she was going to fix my problem and sent me a link to the **bleep** discussion forum. There is new options on automated system...but they are about fraud. I have the info to the account it was deposited to all I NEED IS A NEW CARD ..THIS IS STRESSFUL!

    Yeah I was getting too frustrated so I had to stop thinking bout it for a while. I tried everything I could. The only thing I can say is, the status I got from the irs doesn’t specifically say it was deposited into that account it was just scheduled to it because that’s the only info the IRS had for you in the mad rush of sending 80 million checks. You will receive a letter in the mail with more info regarding your deposit. Just be patient for that. I’m sure they won’t just let our 1200 be sitting on an old card which I’m pretty sure is like way gone

    Hello my name is Helen Swift I have the same problem Scott has I did my taxes 2018 I no longer have my card so how do you Scott and I get a card that works
