My state estimated tax payments not automatically transferring to state form (CA), and I can't enter in form manually. How can I correct the error?

Shows $8 underpayment penalty. My estimated tax payments on CA form 5805 line 8 does not appear and I can't change it. How can I enter my prepayments to remove the penalty?

If you are referring to the state estimated tax payments made in 2018, you can manually enter in the program. Here are the steps (desktop):

Open up your program if you have not done so
At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in estimated tax payments and Enter
Select Jump to estimated tax payments
On the screen, Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid, scroll down to State estimated taxes. Select Start to enter info.
