My Schedule K-3 does not show Foreign country, all income sourced at US. What should I fill in Turbo Tax dialog?

This is K-3 given by Proshares UCO, SCO on Aug-31. I filed extension earlier, now trying to fill this up and file the return. Does anyone face similar issue?
