Solved

My return includes vouchers for estimated payments for 2021. I've never had to pay like this before. How do I file without having to make these voucher payments?

You're not required to make estimated tax payments; we're just suggesting it based on the info in your return.   Many people were on unemployment in 2020- If you were and did not have taxes withheld, you may have found yourself owing tax this year.   If you don't expect to need them in 2021, you can shred them.   They do not get filed with your tax return.

If taxes aren't withheld from the income you receive, making quarterly estimated tax payments can help you avoid paying a big tax bill or an underpayment penalty in April.
