The ME forms are not expected to be ready until AFTER 16 Jan for e-filing, and the paper forms not until after 23 Jan.

I suspect you shouldn't attempt to e-file ME until after 1 Feb to ensure you have gone thru the entire ME interview again to update any changes that might have been implemented in the final updates.

I would suggest that you not bother e-filing the Federal forms either, until the ME forms are fully updated...SO NO RUSH.
