Solved

My main job is in Colorado where I live. Also I did a little remote work for a firm in Oklahoma. They sent me a 1099-MISC. Must I file a tax return in Oklahoma now?

No, you are not required to file an Oklahoma state return. You are only required to file a tax return in the state where you worked or lived during the year. Remote workers do not have a filing requirement to the state where their employer is located.
