Question

My license code (from the confirmation email for TurboTax Desktop Advantage Premiere 2025) doesn't work to download.

The item doesn't appear in my downloads list. The TurboTax Advantage tab shows me a Sign Up button (I expected to see Sign In/View). When I try to enter my license code to try to activate the download it tells me Windows isn't supported and when selecting Mac it says Whoops there was an error.

Try to Remove and reinstall TurboTax for Mac  and download again through your Intuit Account that you can log into through the "Access it here" link from this site.
