My income is all foreign earned. I have a 1099-misc. I quality for the FEIE. Question> Do I need to input my 1099 on my income page as well as the FEIE page.

No, in the foreign earned income section, "Enter Your Foreign Earned Wages," you will  Enter your foreign earned wages not reported on a W-2 or reported elsewhere.

So you will only enter your foreign earned income once.

if it is self employment income, it needs to be entered first as self employment income and then as foreign for the exclusion. Foreign self employment income is subject to FICA taxes, unless there is a totalisation agreement in place.
