You can manually enter the W-2 based on the copy of the W-2 you have on hand.

Click on Federal>Wages & Income>

If you have an image of the W-2 you can key the information into the software by hand. Make sure you also keep a printed copy of that W-2 for your own records.

If you are going to e-file you can use the picture of your husband's W-2, as long as you can read all the information and it includes all of the boxes. You do not need the original W-2. If you are going to file by mail you have to attach a copy of the W-2. You can print the picture and attach that, as long as it is clearly readable.

Save that picture for at least 3 years. You might need it in the future.
