Yes, you can file MA taxes electronically with your spouse.

You will file as married filing jointly.

I am sorry for your loss.

All you can do is try to e-File.

BUT

Typically IRS will prevent e-File with a decedent.

If you did not e-File Federal Form 1040, you cannot e-File your state tax return.
