We are not married. Our daughter is related to me can i claim my girlfriend and my daughter?

It's possible. Your girlfriend would have to have less than $4050 in income, and meet the other tests.

If your daughter lived with you for the entire year, either you or your girlfriend would be able to claim her, assuming your daughter didn't provide more than half of her own support.

TurboTax will take you through all of the questions to determine if you can claim either or both of them as dependents.
