My employer paid my PFL, I received a W2 but no 1099-G or J in box 12. I have checks with total amt of CA Paid Family Leave(No Benefit Deduction should I add that amt.?

You should have received a Form 1099-G. If you didn't, you can can request a copy of your Form 1099G by calling the EDD’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at 1-866-401-2849 and following the instructions. The IVR system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A copy of your Form 1099G will be mailed to you within five business days.
