IFiled my 2020 tax return by paper to the IRS because of my identity theft is that going to illuminate me from being able to do my taxes through you this year for 21 and what do I need to do because it won’t let me get any further than that

Since you mailed in your 2020 return, try to use a Zero for your 2020 AGI.  If you had an identity theft, did the IRS tell you that, and did they happen to send  you an IP PIN (6 digits) to use for your 2021 return? It would have been from a  CP01A Notice
