Turbo tax says I need a street address for my tax form.

If the program will not let you pass without an address, just put the city name on the address line. You are not always required to use an address.

I think that only happens when people take a picture of it (or drag-drop a PDF of the form).

If the above doesn't work and you still are having problems, delete the current form, then enter a new one manually ...entirely...no pictures, no drag-drops..
