My 1099-DIV has dividends reported but form has all "0" in the Federal ID. TurboTax considers it an error and will not let me e-file but i have filed in years past.

You do not need to enter payer federal id number for 1099-Div (reports dividend income from investments). If you are having issues, delete it.

TurboTax imported this form for me originally and I could not override or delete the 0s in the Fed Tax Id box so I deleted the form and re-entered manually which does not ask for the ID number so it worked.
